I am responsible for making sure I enter the center alone. No one is allowed to enter behind me or tailgate me, there will be a fee and/or ban if I allow anyone to enter with me. This access membership is for my own access only. Others have to sign up to enter the door individually with the exception of under age/kids. (see below)
Respect others and maintain a safe environment. I will not raise my voice or use inappropriate language.
Keep things clean and clean after myself/don’t spill any drinks/throw trash away.
Don’t leave anything unplugged.
No hanging out without paid time on PC and No sleeping.
Don’t use bathroom for other purposes.
Bad odor of any sort is prohibited.
I understand that this center is under 24/7 Surveillance and anything suspicious will be reported and escalated if necessary. Failure to comply will result in a ban/denied access or security dispatch.
Consent and Responsibility for Minors
If I’m a Parent or Legal Guardian with kids, I’m responsible for them at all times. I may not leave kids unattended. I accept and understand the consent described more below.
Parental/Guardian Consent
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors under this age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Parents or legal guardians must consent to these Terms of Use on behalf of minors.
Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring the minor's use of our services.
Supervision of Minors; We encourage parents or guardians to supervise the activities of minors while using our services.
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors adhere to the Terms of Use.
Liability; Level Up Gaming is not responsible for the content accessed by minors or any consequences that arise from their use of our services.
Parents or guardians assume full responsibility and liability for the minor's actions and any charges incurred during their use of our services.
If parents or guardians have any concerns regarding their minor's use of our services, they should contact the internet café staff immediately.
