Terms and Conditions
I am responsible for making sure I enter the center alone. No one is allowed to enter behind me or tailgate me, there will be a fee and/or ban if I allow anyone to enter with me. This access membership is for my own access only. Others have to sign up to enter the door individually with the exception of under age/kids. (see below)
Respect others and maintain a safe environment. I will not raise my voice or use inappropriate language.
Keep things clean and clean after myself/don’t spill any drinks/throw trash away.
Don’t leave anything unplugged.
No hanging out without paid time on PC and No sleeping.
Don’t use bathroom for other purposes.
Bad odor of any sort is prohibited.
I understand that this center is under 24/7 Surveillance and anything suspicious will be reported and escalated if necessary. Failure to comply will result in a ban/denied access or security dispatch.
By creating an account and accessing Level Up Gaming Tempe, I agree to the following:
Controlled Entry
Entry is individual and account-based. I will not allow another person to tailgate or enter using my access credentials. Door access may be suspended or revoked for violations of this policy.
Identity & Account Verification
Access is tied to an individual customer account and identity-verification process. Customer access activity is logged through the facility's electronic access system.
Outside Conduct / No Loitering
I will keep the entrance, storefront, sidewalks and parking area clear. I will not hang out or loiter outside the facility or in the parking lot.
Vehicles
No sleeping or waiting in vehicles in connection with use of the facility.
Smoking
No smoking in front of the Level Up storefront or entrance.
Parking
Customers must use authorized shared parking areas and may not park in spaces reserved for neighboring tenants, including the GPCCC Student Center.
Inside Conduct
No sleeping inside the facility. Customers must maintain an active paid session while using the facility and must follow all posted house rules.
Monitoring & Enforcement
The facility is monitored by on-site staff and management during all hours of operation and by 24/7 video surveillance. Exterior camera monitoring and automated alerts may also be used to identify possible loitering or other rule violations. Recorded video is retained for at least 30 days.
Violations may result in removal from the premises, suspension or revocation of account/access privileges, and security or law-enforcement contact when appropriate.
Consent and Responsibility for Minors
If I’m a Parent or Legal Guardian with kids, I’m responsible for them at all times. I may not leave kids unattended. I accept and understand the consent described more below.
Parental/Guardian Consent
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors under this age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Parents or legal guardians must consent to these Terms of Use on behalf of minors.
Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring the minor's use of our services.
Supervision of Minors; We encourage parents or guardians to supervise the activities of minors while using our services.
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors adhere to the Terms of Use.
Liability; Level Up Gaming is not responsible for the content accessed by minors or any consequences that arise from their use of our services.
Parents or guardians assume full responsibility and liability for the minor's actions and any charges incurred during their use of our services.
If parents or guardians have any concerns regarding their minor's use of our services, they should contact the internet café staff immediately.
